Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the terms “The Biasa”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BEYOND US SDN. BHD., operating under the brand The Biasa.

4. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS & COLOURS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, materials, prices and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.
However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions and photography. Minor differences in colour or appearance arising from these factors do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
For printed or patterned products, the placement of prints, motifs or other design elements may vary slightly from one piece to another due to the nature of the cutting and production process. Such reasonable variations are not considered defects.
Measurements stated on our website are approximate unless otherwise specified, and minor variations may occur as a result of the manufacturing and finishing process.

5. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices displayed on our website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability from time to time, subject to applicable law. Changes to pricing will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Products may be released or produced in limited quantities. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee the availability of that item.
In the event of an obvious pricing, stock, technical or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order. Where payment has already been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order with The Biasa, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is complete, current and accurate.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including the product, design, colour, quantity, delivery address and contact information, before completing payment.
All purchases must be paid through the payment methods made available during checkout. We currently accept online payment methods facilitated through our appointed payment service providers, which may include CHIP and ToyyibPay.
We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or self-pickup.
An order is considered successfully placed once the checkout process and applicable payment have been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
payment cannot be verified;
an item is unavailable;
incorrect or incomplete information has been provided;
there is an obvious pricing, stock or listing error; or
we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their order details before completing payment.
Once an order has been successfully placed and paid, requests to cancel an order or change the product, design, colour, quantity, delivery details or other order information are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, accommodate the request if the order has not yet entered processing, packing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed, packed or handed over for delivery, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
This section does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Malaysian law, including where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.
8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Where our website allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, The Biasa or other users from suspected fraud, misuse or security threats.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently deliver to addresses within Malaysia only.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, delivery address, telephone number and other shipping information are complete and accurate.
Delivery is arranged through courier services available through our appointed shipping and logistics platform, including EasyParcel. The courier used for an order may vary depending on the destination, availability and other delivery requirements.
Any delivery timeframe provided on our website or during checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts attributable to the recipient, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.
Where tracking information is available, customers are encouraged to monitor the delivery status of their orders and contact us promptly if they identify a delivery issue.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

BHD.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use The Biasa's intellectual property except for personal, non-commercial use of the website in accordance with these Terms.
12. REVIEWS, COMMENTS & USER CONTENT
Where our website allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is lawful, accurate and does not infringe the rights of another person.
